George felt awkward how close she was with but it wasn't a bad awkward. He waited until she ahd finished, betraying no reaction, and then smiled, "That seems reasonable," he began, "But first."
He leaned forward and, pickeing her up so they were level, kissed her. He couldn't help but smile so the kiss didn't last evry long and he put her down gently. He didn't say anything, he just waited for a reaction. After a sizeable amount of time he said "Well?" it wasn't really a demand, just wondering what she had to say about the kiss.
He rolled onto his heels and back onto the toes of his feet again, "Rules and regulations huh? Maybe we could bypass those?" he, of course, wasn't going to ahrm any experiments, it'd mean losing his job, and that was something he couldn't let happen.

“Of course its reasonable.” Harvi replied, a smirk curling the corners of her mouth. His muscles seemed to have been tense, but other than that he revealed nothing. No reaction. How dull.
It had been a shock, she had to admit, to have the mans lips press against hers. At first she did nothing, let him do his thing. Then, after a brief moment, returned the kiss. It was pleasurable, but then again, kissing was always pleasurable. As abruptly as it had began, it ended and their lips parted, Harvi cocking her head to the side her eyes never once leaving George’s. She loved the intimacies of male and female relations- as well as female- though she hardly ever actually got attached to someone. She never let herself. His question sparked her expressionless features to be graced with a charming smile, eyes gleaming from the brightly lit room. “A man with initiative?” She spoke, asking the question more or less to herself as she once again stood on her tiptoes, “Or just want?” She connected their lips once again, biting his bottom lip gently before falling back again.
This could prove to be a lengthy entertainment for her, and Harvi was thoroughly glad she had met him. Life was made to be enjoyed, after all. “Perhaps.” Her hands went behind her back, grasping one another as she titled her head to the opposite side it had been. “I suppose I could show you some of my pets.” Might as well. There was nothing better to do, and she loved showing off her experiments; plus Harvi was hoping seeing what happened in the labs for himself would shift his attention to something else and make him never want to think about it again.

George smiled at his new 'friend'. "I wouldn't say no to that," His kiss had been completely out of the blue but he was pleased with the reaction he got from the smaller scientist. He held out a hand, like he was gesturing for her to lead the way and then waited for her to lead him to the labs. If he went first then he'd most likely get kicked out, and even though it would be funny for a bunch of scientists to try and kick him out he didn't want to appear arrogant.
"Why is it you call them pets?" George asked, "They're people too, I guess,"

Harvi grinned. Just the thought of the looks on those old crones faces when she showed George around was amusing. This was going to be so much fun. They were always so secretive with the people they work with, and it wasn’t even like they were going to do anything against them- they would lose their jobs and be under the thumb of Death. There really wasn’t anything to be frightened of, a little tour with some guard to let him know what he was guarding wasn’t going to kill anybody. “Why?” She began walk, walking backwards with her hands behind her. “Well... I wouldn’t call them people” She shook her head a little closing her eyes as she pictured a few of her experiments in her mind. “If anything they’re hybrids. And I don’t always call them my pets. They’re my children.” She winked turning back around to face the direction of the labs.
It only took a little while to reach the door, her key card swiping against the security thing and the door clicking open. She held it, waiting for George to enter then made sure it shut properly. “I-we- created them. In a way, we own them.” She shrugged. “I guess its just a collective name for the whole lot of them.” Harvi stopped in front of a door. It lead into one of the research rooms another room behind a glass panel next to that where there was one particular subject they had been working on. It seemed like the perfect thing to show George, plus it was the closet one to her.
“If you feel like you want to leave, just shout okay?” She winked playfully, as if challenging him to stay for the whole of the ‘tour’. Some of the things they did could be considered gruesome for some people. Inhumane. To her it was just everyday stuff, her job. She didn’t much care for the things that went on- the thing that got her about her work was the people. They could be so annoying, so dense...
