Running her fingers through some of her hair, grinned happily to Kean. This was fun. Just sitting there, talking. It wasn’t really in her nature to talk to others, she preferred the alone, quiet time to the social things though- as proven today- it was entertaining. She had lost track of time but she couldn’t really be bothered to check. Sometimes it could be seen as rude as well when one checks the time in the middle of a conversation. And besides. It wasn’t like she needed to be anywhere.
She nodded repeatedly as he spoke. “Words are powerful.” She stated, hand raising, two fingers pointing up and spread apart. “Peace!” Mayu really was in a good mood. She wasn’t feeling embarrassed around him anymore and it felt like they were really getting along. “The bad guys always lose.” She winked, tongue poking out slightly. She wasn’t really worried about being caught by thugs. If anything, she’d be shit scared if she ever actually got caught. Most of the time they just glared and shouted comments, and that was easy enough the just ignore. Mayu simply walked with confidence, people were less likely to notice you if you weren’t making an effort to not be seen.
Mayu couldn’t help but jump when he wrapped his arms loosely around her, drawing her closer to him. She didn’t move, a little stunned to react at first. Kean was really adorable~ She smiled to herself, arms going up to return his action. He was really warm.. A shiver ran down her back as he nuzzled her ears, his purring could be felt practically vibrating the whole of his upper body. Looking over his shoulder she could see his little cat tail wagging and her smile widened. Mayu could have just taken him home and had him as her pet cat.
Giggling, Mayu said, “Its okay.” She didn’t mind one bit, though once again Kean managed to get her to blush. He was very good at that... It seemed like they had become friends in the short time of meeting. But then again, it looked pretty easy to become a friend of Kean- especially women with the way he complemented and flirted. Any woman who was like Mayu would simply fall to their knee’s when he spoke. She was simply lucky that she had been sitting down. “Heh... “

When Mayu returned the gesture, Kean could scarcely keep his joyful mew under wraps. Kean's cat side was taking over, as it often did in such situations, and his purr got louder and he wrapped his arms more tightly around her, his tail moving to twine with hers. Though, when he looked over her shoulder, he saw a boy, probably only a few years younger than himself, staring at them and slightly red. Kean, his cat side fully in control now, hissed at him, and flapped a hand to shoo him away, as if he were a 'rival'. He then drew back from Mayu, gently biting her ears before he backed off--his cattish show of appreciation. Kean was somewhat surprised at himself, however, as it'd been a while since he'd last done a "love bite" and it worried him since it showed that he was getting closer to being fully cat, an idea that frightened him more than he liked to admit. He knew that if he became feral and violent once his cat side took over he'd probably get hunted down and locked away. If he wasn't killed, that is.
Grinning, Kean spoke, "Y'know, I do believe you could beat any bad guy." he laughed. "You've won over me good and proper, and I'm probably more evil then the lot of them!" he did a demonic 'Muahahaha!', his tail still winding around hers. Still, Kean himself had become unsettled, a love bite being a cat's way of showing affection and playfulness could be rather painful if not properly controlled. Cats had tougher skin than people did, and unless he kept himself in check, he could actually bite at a strength acceptable for cats, but really quite painful for humans. As it was, he had to back off or he might actually cause Mayu real pain other than the slight discomfort of a nip.
Some part of Kean wanted to ask the girl if she struggled with her animal side just as he did, but he kept his mouth shut, afraid to scare her away by telling her that he could revert to the general mindset of a flea-bitten stray. And him being a Bengal didn't help much, either, as bengals were more closely related to big cats, and often tended to be more violent and wild than others. Though, on the upside, they were amazingly intelligent, so he might be able to maintain some form of smarts no matter what happened to him... It was then that he spotted a familiar shape blowing in the wind, and his ears perked.
His hat was rolling across the park, blown in the wind. Kean got up, joyfully. "Hey, there it is!" he exclaimed, happily, then his smile disappeared. "Hey.. Wait! No!" the wind, not being one to wait even when cute cat-men asked it to, continued to blow his hat directly into a pond, drenching it. Kean slapped a palm to his forehead. "Nooo...!" it was going to cost him through the nose to get it dry-cleaned. He slumped forward, his head hanging like a child who had just been denied candy.
