Her smile was soft and sweet, laughing at his little admittance of how Tam was going to name all of his pets after food. That was cute. He must have really enjoyed eating, as well as another language. The sameness about them was something she felt as well; it was good to have something in common, something that they'd always have in common. That wouldn't change between them, and Vi couldn't help but feel that it would always connect the two of them. Her smile was understanding. She had been wandering too, sort of, just wasting the day at one of her favorite complexes in the city. The photographs she got here were amazing, and Vi loved to write about the museum and help promote the funding for it in the newspaper. The sudden exclamation and contact from him caught her completely off guard, and the two decade old woman blushed a bright red, pleased but nervous at the same time. God, she was acting like a teenager. "What thing? I haven't.. Oh." Vi's sentence ended with a very soft sound, her bright purple eyes going wide as she stared up, and up, and up at the massive skeleton of the extinct creature. It was huge. Amazing how it had managed to survive, to exist for all of these years in the ground only to be dug up by humans, studied and then put on display. She took it in, imagining what sort of creature this would have been, how easy it could have killed her if she existed at the same time it did.
Her fingers curled around his own, testing the waters to see if Zeph minded her additional contact, pleased by how he hadn't really thought of taking her hand, he just did it. The amicus nodded at his words, grabbing her camera with her free hand to snap a shot of him, his back practically thrown out to view the monstrously large dinosaur skeleton. There was no flash, but Vi was sure that the hottie before her would catch the movement after she took it. Viewing the picture, the woman smiled, pleased to have caught him in the moment. His was absolutely desirable, not doubt about it. His face was angular but soft, his eyes betraying every emotion; or rather, showing them off. There was nothing about Zeph that wasn't true. "Yeah, what if it still existed? I can't help but imagine those teeth munching down on me. I'd get snapped in half, so not on the agenda.." Her tone was humorous but also held an undertone of truth; reptiles and the like really freaked her out.

For quite a long moment Zeph simply stared up at the fossilised creature. He could just picture it walking around, the largest being out their, the best predator. It was hard to think of anything it would have been scared of, it would have been on top of the world. King of the prehistoric life that was roaming around. It was terrifying but fascinating at the same time. Zeph felt Vi’s fingers wrap around his hand and it was only then that he realised he’d actually taken hers up and not let go. Not that he minded and he was kind of glad she didn’t either. He caught movement in the corner of his eye but didn’t think too much of it until he saw Vi’s camera, he turned his head fully to look at it peaking over her shoulder to spot the picture she had taken of him. “Sneaky.” He smiled, lightly poking her forehead with his free hand. It wasn’t every day that someone snap a picture of him, but unlike some people he didn’t actually mind. After all, it was just simply one photo of him at some random moment. Plus, it was Vi who had taken it. Wasn’t like it had been a stranger. Heh, even when she was taking a random sneaky picture she was good. Zeph didn’t know anyone who was as good as her by the looks of things. Everything he or a friend took turned out blurry and even his mum and dad hadn’t really ever managed to snap one without a finger smudging one of the corners. Obviously there were those few that were good, but he’d never met a professional until he’d met Vi.
A shudder ran down his spine at the thought. “I guess that’s why humans never existed with them.” He laughed, “I don’t think its on anybody’s agenda.” Zeph frowned, but lightly. “I can only just manage snakes not... Giant... dinosaurs. They’re great on display though.” Smiling he angled his body to be more or less facing Vi. Seriously... He could just hug her right about now. And he kind of loved Tam for making it so he had bumped into her, he’d made a new friend and had gotten the chance to hang out with them on the same day as meeting. “We have to meet up again at some point.” He blurted out, smiling sheepishly at his out-of-the-blue comment. Yeah. Definitely would have to get together some other time. Maybe for drinks. Or just a wander. Walking could be fun especially when there was someone else for company.

A tiny shudder ran through her body, just thinking about life before humans, before mammals. Yuck. It wasn't something she was fond of thinking about, and even now she tried not to mesh the now-world with the prehistoric one. Vivian kept her hand about his, letting her grip loosen slightly; she hadn't realized how tense she had been until she felt the urge to relax. A small grin graced her features, that blush finally fading from her cheeks. Indigo eyes turned to him, alight with amusement and glee. "Not sneaky.. quick would be more like it," Vi said to him, her tone filled with amusement and joy. He was a fun guy; she liked Zeph, not only for his looks but for the personality that was beginning to shine through. The picture was clear, and she found that she rather enjoyed the way the light reflected off his eyes, how his expression was beautifully caught, very in the moment. Vivian's grin erupted into a full blown smile, unable to contain her happiness. Her skills were born from an inner ability to find what pleased the eye and heart, and years of fine tuning it until she was able to do it naturally, from her instincts. the movements were well-practiced and known to the muscles of her arms, wrists, fingers.
His sudden outburst made her jump again; obviously she was a person who didn't like major surprises. Her eyes went wide, before they eased into a smile, her beautiful royal purple irises filled with enjoyment. Meet up again? That thought sent a thrill through Vi, and her smile, which had been wiped off her face during his exclamation, returned as she thought about such a concept. "Of course! Why don't you come over for dinner tonight? When we're finished here, I can give you directions to my apartment, if you feel up to it." Her words were smooth, but laced with a little bit of insecurity. It wasn't often that she extended invitations to strangers, although she was thinking of Zeph as less and less of one; he was like a long lost cousin or something, but without the family bond. Her eyes took in his face, reading the expressions. His eyes were gorgeously entrancing, and the way his hair framed his angular face. Vi took a tiny few little steps toward him, easily putting the two of them closer in proximity. Her black hair bobbed as she moved, falling back into place as easily as it had gone out of it.
