ALRIGHT so here's the skinny on Darius. Like most of the Genus Medius, Darius was sent to an orphanage once the company released them all. At the time he was 5, and his mother found him immediately and took him to his first home. Of course he went into school and was tormented like all the others, and though he started out fairly normal with the crying and then the pacifism, he eventually turned to fighting back. Since he was punished for fighting back, and the bullies weren't punished at all, he continued to fight no matter the consequences. He now works for the very company that made him what he is and uses his charm and intellect to get other shift subjects to rally around him.


As for specific plots, I have a few in mind already:

1. the partner in crime - possibly older than him, maybe the same age, but MUST be just as intelligent. these two would have met around middle school and this should be a male that is also a shift experiment. details are up to you

2. the voice of reason - this one is fairly workable and can go many different ways. this spot should most definitely be a female, preferably younger, as well as a normal human. she can either be a classmate from when he first started school, or she can be his sister. i would REALLY like to talk about this one, but basically she would have known him the longest and be the only one who really understands him and the fact that he really doesn't mean any harm.

3. the other half - i would prefer this one to be a male that he has known since a young age. just like the voice of reason, there are many ways we can go with this - he can be another shift and they knew each other in the lab, or he can be a normal human. either way, they started out fighting all the time, but eventually grew close. they still fight (a lot) but still get along fairly well.

any other plot ideas are welcomed and encouraged. I like to think out of the box when it comes to plots instead of doing the same old thing everywhere I go. Darius just likes to have fun and wants to be recognized as a living being who just happens to be a bit different. so anyone who's up to playing with a guy like that should definitely post in here

Well I think it’s pretty cool that both Darius and Sophie are both Avian-hybrids . Perhaps they grew up together at SHIFT and became friends. Sophie also had problems at school with bullying and fighting back. At one point maybe Sophie joined their cause but later dropped out because she didn’t agree with thievery. She could still maintain her friendship with him, but just doesn’t involve herself in the gang’s actions. Also, she’s a flirty drunk too, so there’s that to think about credits to minty of ote.
