anyone who works for SHIFT is definitely included in this category. he absolutely loathes these people and will definitely start something (might not always be physical, sometimes just verbal). the man, besides the organization, doesn't really have any personal enemies; at least, no one that he's aware of. of course, feel free to have anyone have a one-sided sort of unspoken loathing for him.
