DESCRIPTION; George turns up for work in black riot armour, similar to this. and carries with him an M40A3 sniper rifle ( Here.). Outside of work he usually wears black jeans and a white t-shirt as well as black sneakers. He is six feet tall and weighs a hundred and forty pounds, most of which is muscle. He has well defined muscles all over his body and looks like he could easily overpower a bear. He has a buzz cut from army training and his green eyes shine with a wisdom which can only be obtained from war. PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION LIKES; Staying in shape - Before it was a necessity to survive in the field. After his discharge it became a passion and he'd work out for up to 5 hours a day. Practising his marksmanship - He takes out his sniper rifle, finds a deserted field or clearing in a copse of trees, and just shoots, with nobody to hear the bullets but him, this is pure bliss to George. His job- Working for SHIFT is like a paid vacation for him. In his sniper's nest there isn't really anything to do, the grounds outside the complex are flat so he can see anyone coming for miles, though that doesn't happen very often, and escapes are almost non-existent. DISLIKES; Most SHIFT experiments - He find's them to be repulsive freaks and ignores them for the most part, even outside of work. The Army - After being discharged he started to resent the army. It was his one true home and he felt like they had betrayed him. Tranquillisers - Although he is forced to use them whilst on the job he finds them unnecessary. Why waste money on a sedative when a bullet is cheaper? STRENGTHS; Sharp eyes - His eyes can pick out a field mouse running across the open space outside of the Shift compound. Trigger finger - He can aim, steady and fire his sniper in a split second of noticing something on an open field. Strength - George also has brute strength which can overpower most experiments and ordinary people. WEAKNESSES; Unsociable - George isn't very apt at striking up conversations and meeting new people, he usually keeps to himself. Overbearing - He tends to boss people about, even if they're of a higher rank than him. QUIRKS; Cleans his gun - This is a ritual for him, every night before he goes to sleep and every morning he checks and cleans his gun so it stays in working order. Has a side arm with him - He never takes this off for security reasons, he simply doesn't trust the released Experiments. FEARS; He has none GOALS; Earn money - That is one of his only incentives in life Get married - Eventually, though it isn't high on his priorities. PERSONALITY; George is, simply put, a bad ass who takes nothing form nobody. During his army days he was happy and content with his life but after his discharge he became resentful and absorbed himself in working out and training his marksmanship. Not a great mindset huh? After joining SHIFT he became more aware of the presence of experiments and began to think of them as freaks. He avoided them as much as possible and even attacked some if they got too close, but after a while he began to mellow out whilst still keeping his mindset. To every other civilian he just sees them as being 'not there' and tends to keep them out of his mind unless they attack him or approach him for conversation. CHRONOLOGICAL TIMELINE CURRENT RESIDENCE; Second District, High rise apartment block, floor 13, flat 11b. SHIFT CORPS OCCUPATION;Watchman / Sniper. HISTORY; George was born into a lower class family in the second district, the parents of which already had four other children and were living in a 2 bedroom apartment. This, as most things do, led George to steal to survive from a young age. When he was 13 he was caught and sent to a juvenile hall for three years. On his 16th birthday he joined the army and entered active duty in various war zones around the world when he was 17. For 5 years he served until he soon became crazed with killing and killed civilians of the opposing nation for just being there. This led him to be discharged form the army at 23 and being supplemented with money every month until he found a job. Between the ages of 23 and 26 he stayed at home working out or went to shoot things with a standard issue pistol from the army. When he turned 27 he was approached by the Shift Company to be a watchman and guard for their compound and he jumped at the idea of entering some form of military/policing service. Since then he has been working for SHIFT and has amounted a decent amount of money in his bank account and has generally being going about his life like he used to, except working out for less time since he has a job now.

The ideal weight for a 6'0" male is anywhere between 160 - 196 lbs. I wouldn't normally be so picky about it, but since you say he's muscular and "looks like he can easily overpower a bear" (so I'm assuming he would be extremely muscular), I don't think 140 lbs. is a realistic weight for him. Please fix <3
