FACE CLAIM; miki furukawa; vocaloid DESCRIPTION; Charlie loves to express herself, and will always be seen wearing some kind of wacky attire, but somehow pulls it off. Underneath all that clothing, she actually has a few curves. She likes to hide those, since she still wants to look very young (which many others question). All her dancing has toned her body, so she's not actually as fragile as she looks. In fact, she could probably pack a few punches, if it weren't for her mindset. Her hair falls all the way down a bit past her waist with a light salmon color. Ever since she was young, her mother always made excuses to keep it at chin length. Charlie knew she thought she looked cute like that, but once she left the house, she immediately began to grow it out. PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION LIKES; dancing, music, flowers, pandas, asian influences, pandas, costumes, presents, surprises, fashion, sugar, colors, clouds, cute things, oddities, stars, night time, star gazing, marshmallows, hot chocolate, accessories DISLIKES; SHIFT, bullies, fish, flirtatious men STRENGTHS; sweet, optimistic, creative, friendly WEAKNESSES; naive, gullible, slow, hopeless, sensitive, childish, easily jealous QUIRKS; when she hears music, charlotte starts to move her body in some way or form - not dancing, but she subconsciously moves to the beat. FEARS; monsters, criminals, seniors GOALS; become a famous dancer PERSONALITY; Charlie is as sweet as a candy bar, but with a mindset of a young teenager. She finds "immature" actions completely acceptable, such as skipping down the streets hand in hand with a friend, or staring at an expensive item until someone takes pity and buys it for her. If curiosity killed the cat, then so be it. It's strongly against her moral code, but she still finds it hard to resist to snoop in on other people's business. Ill intentions are non-existent. Besides the fact that she's being incredibly nosy, her naivety doesn't help the situation. Charlie will believe any piece of rumor you throw at her, and she'll spend the rest of the day worrying about it, true or not, even if she's not involved. Also being very sensitive, she doesn't take insults easily. She knows she's already twenty one, so tries incredibly hard not to shed a tear in public. Many times that is a hard goal, so she runs in the bathroom to hide. Her comebacks are childish and usually don't make sense, either. Defending herself was never a priority in life, so it was hard to adjust when people began to not like her. When Charlotte sees beautiful or charming women, her cheeks flush red. She admires model like people, and always wonders why she wasn't born as gorgeous as them. Her head is also filled with enormous thoughts of jealousy, which may cause her to sit down and look sadly at the ground. She likes being called cute, but wonders if she should act differently or change herself to be "pretty" like the people she sees. Charlie constantly compares herself to others, and the other subject is most likely on the higher end. CHRONOLOGICAL TIMELINE CURRENT RESIDENCE; small apartment CURRENT OCCUPATION; dancer, student of arts HISTORY; At the age of five, Charlotte was introduced to a thing called dance. It was a strange thing, where she was instructed to move her body, wave her arms around, and do some confusing action with her feet. When the other girl learned ballet, she learned how to pop and lock. In a school with prestige and formality, her teachers viewed her as a problem child and later, a delinquent, though her grades and attitude were perfectly stable. Though she was what the others called "popular", she never truly felt like a part of that world. Charlie became self conscious about how she appeared to others, and tried to avoid the topic of dance. When it became much more than a simple hobby, she would catch herself humming along or moving to the music, even if it was subtle. Although she was wasn't a victim of bullying, she sometimes felt the eyes of others boring into her skin. It felt terrible, but she was successful in ignoring the thought. Most of the time, anyways. She was confused as to why her mother wanted to keep this 'cute' image about her when she wasn't nearly as so, but she didn't object. Eventually, she actually grew into this personality her mother expected her to have naturally. Though many of her physical attributes changed as she grew older, such as body shape and style of clothing, her heart still belonged to dancing. A few times, she was convinced to earn a little extra (though extraneous) cash as she preformed on the streets. However, when she came to America, people viewed her much differently. She wasn't sure if it was good or bad, but different nonetheless. All the news about a strange company named SHIFT mind boggled her brain, and only began to understand the situation when English became more natural to her. All the controversies ad issues surrounding it are too strange for her to soak in, so as of now, all she thinks is that the discrimination should be put to an end. In fact, many of the experiments look exceptionally beautiful to her. Life around her began to run faster than she could catch up, and usually is left in a mess with papers flying everywhere in terms of school. Charlie simply hopes that she'll be able to fit in - TRULY fit in - in this new life. |
