Her animal side, while it doesn't make her very strong, enables her to be quick on her feet as well as at thought. She doesn't like confrontation too much, but she is a girl who can take care of herself, and for that matter always has. Her red-brown hair stretches down to the bottom of her back and her face is framed by straight bangs across her forehead. Her ears are not typical human ears as a result of her mutation, but rather a pair of white-tipped fox ears resting atop her head. When in public, she will often cover these ears with a Baret or some sort of hat in order to avoid discrimination. Her typical clothing style is very casual but feminine -clothing that will make her blend in and that won't draw attention. Her red eyes are not malicious, but kind and along with her posture, express a lot of pride and confidence. When her ears are hidden by a hat, she looks relatively normal, with the exception of course, of the white-tipped fox tail. PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION LIKES; apples, clear blue skies, photography, foxes, stargazing, hiking/walking, sweets, dark chocolate, cooking. DISLIKES; confrontational situations, SHIFT corp heavy storms, monotony, bitter or exceptionally spicy food, overly strong smells. STRENGTHS; Stealthy and light on her feet, Sensitive hearing, Courageous, WEAKNESSES; She is by no means a fighter, insecure, overly curious QUIRKS; She nicknames everyone she meets. She won't go into a room / place if there are no windows and there is only one exit, she won't eat any sort of chocolate except Dark. FEARS; Small and confined places (She is extremely claustrophobic), Thunder GOALS; Live a normal life, and if that means ending the discrimination, so be it. PERSONALITY; PEACEFUL AND KIND;; Alexandria spent more of her time free than as a captive experiment and as a result holds no anger toward anyone not involved in the experimentation. She is a girl that talks her way out of trouble rather than fight. While she is physically stronger than humans, she doesn't use that strength except for the benefit of others. She would sooner run from dangerous confrontation than fight. This by no means makes her a coward, however. Her naturally kind nature makes it very difficult for her to maliciously harm someone. CONFIDENT;; A girl who holds her head high, Alexandria appears to be a very proud girl. While non-confrontational, she doesn't appreciate insults and can have a sharp tongue when the time calls for it. What people don't know about her, however, is that this confidence is really just a mask to overshadow her insecurities. OPINIONATED;; Alex holds very strong mrals and beliefs that cannot be changed, especially concerning discrimination against her kind and other experiments. She becomes angry when people try to tell her she is wrong, but, hypocritically enough, she has a habit of trying to change the opinions of others to match her own. She is very outspoken about what she believes in, so if you don't agree with her, expect a debate. PERSISTENT;; Alexandria always does everything at 110% and doesn't stop until she has completed her task. She hates stepping away from something if it is incomplete which tends to lead to her losing sleep over it. Once she has made up her mind, she sticks to it and will make sure that whatever she has planned comes to fruition. She has a strange fixation with doing things on her own without accepting the help of others - another way she fights her own insecurities. INSECURE;; Being a Medius, Alex doesn't feel she fits in with either humans or experiments. She is not fully human, but nor can she truly become the animal mixed in her DNA and she is painfully aware of this. She acts as if she doesn't care about fitting into either society, but in reality, she wants nothing more than to be able to shift away from this unusual in-between state. CARING;; a fatal flaw - it is impossible for Alex to not care about people, and because of that she can be very protective. She will go out of her way to help someone who is injured or looks to be in need of some sort of assistance. She doesn't take a second thought about doing whatever it takes to help those she calls her friends, even if it goes against her gentle nature. ENERGETIC AND PLAYFUL;; Quite the restless one, Alexandria always needs to be active and doing something, whether it is working, walking, running, or just moving in general. Sitting still dHoesn't seem possible for her and when forced to do so she will fidget endlessly, either with her clothes, or whatever she can find to pick up and turn around in her hand. Normally, it's an apple. She likes to play games and sneak up on people and a typical greeting from her involves a quick game of 'guess who'. Laughter comes easily for Alexandria. TEMPER;; While she typically keeps it in check, a loss of temper can result in some unusual tendencies from the normally kind and gentle Alexandria. She can be very jumpy and cautious at times like these, and sometimes even mildly violent. These instances are rare, however. CHRONOLOGICAL TIMELINE CURRENT RESIDENCE; Second District Apartments CURRENT OCCUPATION; Various short jobs upon hire. HISTORY; Alexandria doesn't remember much of her time as a SHIFT corp experiment. She was born a test-tube baby mixed with the DNA of a red fox within the facilities, what they called a Genus Medius, not human, but not quite a shifter either. What little she remembers of her time at SHIFT consists of cages too small to accommodate the fidgety nature of her breed, experiments to test her skills and strengths, some of which she failed, other excelled. These experiments continued until the age of six, when SHIFT was forced to release all of their experiments into 'freedom'. After that point, Alexandria lived in a specialized Shifter Orphanage. She walked on eggshells for quite some time, afraid that she might overstep her boundaries and be punished. Being so young, she adapted rather quickly to this freedom, however, and as she grew up in the orphanage, she slowly began to forget the more unpleasant memories of her time in SHIFT. She was fortunate enough to be adopted by a fairly pleasant family who accepted her. While her family accepted her, much of the rest of society did not. She was faced with constant discrimination with nothing but the encouragement of her parents to keep her spirits up. The last thing she wanted to do was burden them, so she adapted a mask of confidence, an act which not only convinced her family that she wasn't bothered, but it also convinced herself. At the age of eighteen, she moved out of her parents home to live on her own in an inexpensive apartment in the second district.
