words 439 tagged lunus music Hiro No Tsuki comments n/a “Well you should be.” She nodded affectedly, running a hand through her bangs in a curt, exaggerated motion that was only ever seen in cartoons or shampoo commercials. “I mean you’ve got the almighty Sun-Hi Moon offering free hugs to you on a daily basis! I don’t see a downside to that deal. It’ll make all your other little girlfriends jealous.” She smirked, leaning closer than necessary as she stopped in front of him. Her bag was a pink and gray plaid patterned tote slung around her right shoulder to bounce against her left hip. She hadn’t brought a coat; the oriental shirt she was wearing was more like a fleece than the blouse it was supposed to be. Probably a great deal warmer too.
“C’mere Taru, we’re leaving. Don’t give me that look, I can leave you in here all the same and I can have Lunus all to myself.” She teased the feathered third wheel who’d been giving her the stink eye from across the row, apparently still somewhat miffed at being dislodged from the boy’s very comfortable head. Taru hopped along the backs of the seats until she’d reached the one closest to the isle and exchanged looks between the lady threatening her and the boy who was no longer paying her any mind at all.
The brown blur flitted toward the subjective other, Lunus, leaving Sun-Hi to feign a hurt look. “Okay, I see how it is Taru.” She muttered, the foreboding response ruined by her ever-present smile as always.
Looking the white-haired youth from top to bottom she raised a brow, unconvinced. “I don’t think you could pass as a college student Lunus. Maybe an attendee of one of the High School clubs but not a student new or otherwise.” She giggled with a shake of her head, moving up the hard wood walkway toward the door and holding it open for her charges before gingerly closing it behind them.
“Well, this is the hallway~” she smiled teasingly, readjusting her bag before taking down the corridor toward what she believed was the library – she could only remember it was past the third bay window on the first floor after the water fountain. “At least I’m pretty sure it’s this way.” She mumbled, mainly to herself as she peeked around the corner for signs that she was going in the right direction.
Her hunch turned out to be correct and she bounded as quietly as her slippered feet allowed toward the next set of doors and past the hallway water fountain. “Here is our Library where students spend about sixty percent of their time cramming.”

He didn't really like that image when it popped into his mind but it was the only one that did, so he was stcuk with it. When they took the turn out of the auditorium Lunus could tell that Sun wasn't that confident but didn't question her, it was her school after all.
He registered the look of relief on Sun's face when she realised it was the right way and then reciprocated it, "see," he said, "Not lost," He felt the bird on his head now more than ever though he didn't know why, maybe being in the presence of somehting new gave him a sense of heightened senses.
He listened patiently as Sun gave the brief desciption, nodded, then poked his head into the door. As expected, it was half full, some students in lessons some, studying on a free period. Lunus smiled a littel then stared at all the books, though he was sure around 90% of them were non-fiction there could still be some good reads, specially for a person who liked reading as much as him.
"Where to next?" he asked with a smile as he pulled his head out of the library door and looked at Sun sheepishly, a look of delight sweeping across his face, "Is there any writers here?" he asked curiously. Good writers were hard to find so he was curious to see how good they were, if there was any there.

I'm gonna break your heart and get away with murder you should've known from the start
words 412 tagged lunus music Yuukyuu comments your next reply can be short since this is kinda like a filler Dithering at the doorway Sun-Hi poked her head inside as well, eyes glancing over the occupants in a swift sweep of the interior. She wasn’t expecting to come across Solei – whose presence she didn’t detect amongst the hushed tones – but they always had a strange manner of running into one another so a quick go-around the room couldn’t hurt. Retreating from the door and pressed with a question the university vocalist contemplated the inquiry.
Although Stockton was primarily a school of the arts their academic prospectus differed very little from other universities that did not tender to the artistic curriculum. In that there was no escape. Core classes could not be overlooked or neglected, so while they all pursued their talents, they were still expected to make decent headway in their scholastic achievements. Asking if there were any prominent writers in a college was certainly like asking a car salesman which vehicle they’d recommend, it was all a matter of opinion and since Sun-Hi didn’t know what genre the boy might be interested in she could hardly say yes or no.
“It depends on what you’re looking for.” She explained after a period of silence. “All of us have to take writing II and III before we can graduate so we’ve got some phenomenal writers somewhere but it really depends on what genre you’d be interested in.” was the finishing sentence to her remark, resuming a comfortable cruising speed down the hallway with a new destination in mind. “We’d have to cross over from this building to another to see some of the works on display, from there I’m sure I could find the student but I can’t say I know any off the top of my head. Sorry.”
There was no such thing as end of the school day for college students – albeit in her case there wasn’t. With the work they got saddled with it was surprising any of them got any R&R much less time to do anything of remote interest outside of the campus grounds. Somehow they made it work but today the hallways had a steady flow of traffic in either direction, the corridor filled with chatter and bustle despite the fact that it was nearly four in the afternoon. Not that there weren’t classes going on as far as nine at night.
“Next I’m going to show you the courtyard – oh, have you eaten yet Lunus? We’ve got a great cafeteria here and we can swing by if you’re hungry.”

Lunus smiled at Sun, writers were here! "I like all genres," he said with a smile, "Avid reades don't tend to stick to the one genre I've seen." he shrugged and looked out at the courtyard through a window, it looked nice and was green. "And I had cereal for breakfast, that's about it," he shrugged like he didn't care, which he didn't, and then started off in a direction he assumed would lead to the courtyard, not too hard to find it.
He turned back to Sui and smiled "Well?" he said, inquisitively, "whilst were walking I could tell you about my life, I guess. Or vice versatile if you'd prefer, though I can't ikagine you would," again he shrugged. All the movement must be annoying Taru by now.

words 362 tagged lunus music n/a comments muse crash? His face glowed as if someone had told him that Santa was in town – or was she the only person who still got excited about those chubby Mall Santa’s anymore? For lack of a better analogy the kid seemed to have found something to look forward to and investigate whenever he decided to come trolling the campus. Though, why he’d be interested in the writings of a college student, not to say they weren’t life-altering pieces, but they weren’t exactly Nobel Prize winning scripts. Well, to each his own and if Lunus enjoyed them she’d be more than willing to get him into the academic building where he might be able to browse some of the student works.
“Breakfast, young man, does not fuel the body all day.” This said with light reprimand and a dry smile. “A growing boy needs more then Kellogg’s to sit him through the day and I’m astonished you don’t collapse from fatigue. I can hardly go three hours without eating a snack. And not eating enough screw up your metabolism and unless you wanna be a fat chunky otaku when you grow up we’re getting you some food.” Spoken in trademark, whirlwind speed, Sun-Hi proceeded to grab the boy’s hand and lead him down the corridor at a light jog.
The foot traffic around their route lessened considerably, darting through an all but empty hallway until they were in a completely new section of the school and she was still tearing off down the next pathway with a sureness she hadn’t displayed before. For the allegedly directionally challenged sparrow-carrying student, she could certainly find her way around when she wanted to.
Needless to say the sprint had rattled Taru who was fiercely trying to keep her hold on Lunus’ head by clutching the strands of his hair and attempting to make her body as small as possible up there. When Sun-Hi finally did stop and the air was notably more fragrant with the perfuming scent of food emanating from the cafeteria, she released the boy’s hand and glanced at him over her shoulder. “We can eat in the courtyard and talk about life, but food first.”

Thankfully they stopped and Lunus could feel Taru scrambling at his scalp and hair, trying to get a good hold. "But I don't feel hungry," he said with a short smile, "I rarely do because i've gotten use to having little to eat," he shrugged. She said they could talk about life later so there was no point elaborating for now.
The smell of the food appealed to Lunus but everything else was just food. He wasn't particularly inclined to eat it and some things he didn't even know what they were. His eyes scanned over some of the products available when a thought popped into his mind, "Am I even allowed to eat any of this? I dont attend this school. And for that matter, do I have to pay?" he fumbled his hand into his pocket and pulled out some notes.
He counted and saw he had $20 in total, that'll probably cover it unless their prices were extortionate.

Nutrients are processed every second of the day and when your body doesn’t get those essential nutrients it takes them from your bones, hence why bone breakage becomes so easy.” The girl flustered adamantly, she wouldn’t force him to eat anything this instant but damn it she would make sure the boy was fed! How could people, especially the young ones, be so nonchalant about skipping their meals when it could cause lasting damage! So ill informed so many of them were that she couldn’t begin to fathom how any of them were able to go about their days.
She ushered into the cafeteria after him, watching as he inspected the various items and bristled when he suggested paying for himself, even pulled out his wallet. The nerve! She wouldn’t bring him here so he could pay for himself! Did no one show this boy this much kidness and affection? Sun-Hi rolled her eyes up, prayed for patience as a disapproving smile was offered. “Honey,” a hand going out to he boy’s hand to deter him from his wallet. “I wouldn’t make you pay for a meal even if I was dirt poor – not here anyways. Besides, I totally have college credits for the cafeteria thanks to the program I’m in so anything you want on me. And yes, its alright for you to eat here, you have no idea how many high school kids come around here for food.”

The blush was clearly visible on his pale skin but it was nothing compared to when he first met the pair of young women. He nodded in thanks but kept his money out secretly, placing his wallet in his pocket and folding the note in his hand, and then browed over the various foods.
He wasn’t really in the mood for walking far so when he noticed hotdogs in a heated dish close to the entrance and a basket of buns next to them he began to saunter over, also not wanting to go too far from Sun in case he was bullied like he was in high-school. He reached the hotdogs and picked up two buns and placed them on a plate when a burly student came up. “What are you doing here? Pipsqueak,” the young man said with a sneer.
Lunus backed away slowly, wishing he had streak with him to scare the man off, and was soon back in place with Sun, his plate abandoned. “Damn,” he cursed under his breath. Lunus wasn’t about to do anything but he wasn’t exactly sure if he wanted Sun to either, it’d make him seem weak and Sun might get hurt. Instead of wondering what could happen his left leg took an involuntary step forward, challenging the male, and Lunus felt more wolf than he ever dreamed of.
With a low growl building in his throat he realised he didn’t need Streak here, he could just pretend he is a solidus and scare the man away. Lunus released the growl slightly and then said, in the most threatening tone possible for a underweight, below average sixteen year old, “Leave me alone.”

I'm gonna break your heart and get away with murder you should've known from the start
words 480 tagged lunus music n/a comments you rock lunus! It honestly didn’t dawn on the young woman that the boy would be approached by anyone in the cafeteria. The atmosphere of the school had always been relaxed in her opinion and while there wasn’t a shortage of scorn for Shifters collectively, those individuals who harbored such negative typically didn’t make an issue of race when they were scurrying to get their work completed. So imagine Sun-Hi’s overt surprise, brown eyes wide and anxious, was the younger Amicus was spoken too. Of course, she was too far to hear the actual exchange between Lunus and the upperclassmen bearing down on him, but she hardly needed audio to know something was wrong.
The other man had a posture that implied hostility, a tension that anyone would be able to recognize had they been watching but no one else seemed keen on interceding. It wasn’t their place to play the mediator. Her heart clinched tightly, fury burning in her face as she stood idly by – too shocked and angry to approach the pair, watching the teen retreat and look as alarmed as she had felt. He didn’t need this. Lunus had as much right to be there as any student in Stockton and the fact that he was a kid in a college setting shouldn’t have warranted all this unnecessary attention.
As the boy retreated toward her the fuming Korean singer took step forward, hands balled into fists as though she might actually hit the man for his rudeness. But it turned out she didn’t need to react, not much anyway. Lunus, shy little Lunus, turned and held his ground and stared up at the man despite how small he was in comparison. Sun-Hi faltered, eyes narrowing as she assessed the situation and choosing to subtly move up behind the boy but remain quiet otherwise. If she thought she could fight his battles for him and it is a favor she would help society cripple him. No Lunus should and was capable of handling himself; he just needed a reason to stand up.
A smirk captured her lips as she heard the growl, hardly intimidating but to those who didn’t like the Shifters and were afraid of the beasts they carried – whether internal or external, it would serve as an effective deterrent. You go Lunus!’ she urged mentally, beaming and staring over his head at the man whose eyes flickered between her and the boy and back before scowling and moving on. A scene would only result in being penalized by the school and his target, who didn’t attend, wouldn’t get as much as a slap on the wrist. It wasn’t worth it no matter which way you looked at it.
When the student was well on the other side of the cafeteria, her heartbeat stabilized from the scare, Sun-Hi hugged the shorter boy from behind, grinning foolishly. “You so totally rock Lunus!”

He was then attacked from behind with a hug, delivered by Sun. This caught him off guard but he couldn’t help but laugh after what had just occurred. He tried to turn around to look Sun in the face but couldn't do so, not without making it extremely close between the two of them. The thought of this made him blush slightly, yet again, and he stammered out a “Thank you,” before gently removing her arms.
“I guess there aren’t a lot of people like him then? Otherwise you’d have left,” he shrugged and returned to getting his hot dogs. He used some tongs to place the hotdogs in the buns before turning back to Sun, “This’ll do me,” he said.
He now wasn’t sure where to go, he could see a few places where you pay but he figured in Sun was paying she’d want some food too. He waited while he thought of ways to sneak his money into her bag without her noticing. He knew from a little previous experience that women were a little more overprotective about their bags then men were, and she probably wouldn’t let him touch it.
